Equipped with cryogenic low-temperature grinding systems operating below 45°C to preserve volatile oils, alkaloids, and heat-sensitive active compounds. Output strictly controlled from 40 to 200 mesh with daily throughput capacity measured in tons. Every batch verified by laser particle analysis — no guesswork, no deviation.

Custom Slicing & Cutting

All slicing operations performed inside Class 100,000 GMP cleanrooms with food-grade stainless steel blades on every contact surface. Multi-angle precision cutting — transverse, diagonal, or longitudinal — with minimal thickness tolerance maintained across the entire batch. QC cut-thickness report included with every production run.

Fully automated VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) lines handle everything from pyramid sachets and stand-up pouches to bulk moisture-barrier foil-lined cartons.
