Cassia Cinnamon Cinnamomum cassia
Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), also known as Chinese cinnamon or rou gui, is the robust, full-bodied spice essential to braised dishes, spice blends, and bakery applications worldwide.
Our Grade A cassia quills (8–10 cm) are harvested from mature trees in Guangxi and Guangdong provinces, carefully rolled and sun-dried to preserve their characteristic reddish-brown color and high cinnamaldehyde content.
Each batch is tested for volatile oil percentage, heavy metals, and pesticide residues under EU MRL and FDA standards with a COA provided.
Primary applications include food manufacturing (baking, confectionery, savory spice blends), beverage production (mulled drinks, chai concentrates), and natural flavor extraction.
As a direct factory exporter, we supply whole quills, broken pieces, and ground powder, support private-label retail packaging, and accept flexible order quantities from trial batches to full containers.
Specifications are provided in English as the international trade standard.
