Cumin Seed Cuminum cyminum
Cumin seed (Cuminum cyminum) is one of the world's most widely used spices, essential to cuisines from the Middle East to South Asia to Latin America.
Our Grade A cumin seeds (4–6 mm) are sourced from premium growing regions in Xinjiang and Gansu, machine-cleaned to remove stems and foreign matter, and sorted for uniform size and color at our Bozhou facility.
Each batch is tested for volatile oil content, heavy metals, and pesticide residues under EU MRL and FDA standards with a COA provided.
Primary applications include food manufacturing (curry powders, seasoning blends, meat processing), essential oil extraction (cuminaldehyde for flavor and fragrance), and food service.
As a direct factory exporter, we supply whole seeds and ground powder, support custom mesh sizes and bulk packaging, and accept flexible order quantities from trial batches to full containers.
Specifications are provided in English as the international trade standard.
