Our Grade A Sichuan pepper is hand-harvested from premium growing regions, carefully dried to preserve its vibrant red husk and high essential oil content, and processed seedless at our Bozhou facility.
Each batch undergoes volatile oil profiling, heavy metal screening, and pesticide residue testing under EU MRL and FDA standards with a COA provided.
