Tangerine peel (Citrus reticulata), known as Chen Pi in TCM, is a dual-purpose ingredient valued in both culinary applications and traditional herbal formulations for its bright citrus aroma and digestive-support properties.

Our Grade A tangerine peel is sourced from premium citrus-growing regions, carefully sun-dried in 1–3 cm strips, and aged to develop its characteristic deep orange color and concentrated flavor at our Bozhou facility.

Each batch undergoes volatile oil profiling, heavy metal screening, and pesticide residue testing under EU MRL standards with a COA provided.

Primary applications include food manufacturing (spice blends, marinades, confectionery), functional beverages (digestive teas, infused spirits), and dietary supplement formulations.
